Be Well Programs is an extension of Right Food Choice with an idea to reach more people and encourage them to follow a healthier lifestyle at their own pace and in the comfort of their home. After 20 years of practicing as a Registered Dietitian I have realized that lot of people want to be healthy but either they don’t have the time or they don’t have the resources to do so. Although their intentions are right but they don’t have appropriate tools or time to physically go see a Registered Dietitian.

Be Well Programs are science based educational programs to provide people with the knowledge, information and actionable steps to achieve their health goals. Everyone has a choice to choose a program and follow a program that best suits their needs.

    All programs will provide you with specific handouts that you can download or print. These handouts are extremely helpful if you need to have a quick reference check. You will also get writeable activity sheets that you can save or print and track your activity.

  • Meal Plans & Recipe Book

    All modules come with specific meal plan based upon the program. Meal plans are great to help you stay on track and if you don't like a recipe in the meal plan you can get a new recipe from a bonus recipe guide that you get. All recipes come with grocery shopping list and nutrition facts.

How it works?

  • Identify Your Needs & Pick a Program

    Pick a program that works best for you! Once you have purchased the program, modules, handouts, worksheets and videos will be virtually sent to you. Every week or every day you will receive the material based upon what program you have purchased. .

  • Study the Material

    Check your inbox every week and everyday and listen to the modules. If needed, listen to them twice. Complete the worksheets, download handouts, have a check list of to do things for that week or day, do assessments. Take actionable steps to keep yourself on track.

  • Follow

    Once you have started the program, join the private Facebook community and find a buddy who is doing a program. I will be there to answer any questions you may have but you will also have a support of each other. You can share your own recipes, share your wins and setbacks too.

  • I have never done a detox before, can I still do it?

    Absolutely Yes! 4R-Detox program will guide you and help you every step of the day.

  • Do I have to stay hungry or drink juices during detox?

    Absolutely Not! 4R-Detox is designed to nourish your body. You will not be hungry, in fact you will have plenty of healthy food to eat.

  • Can I continue the detox after 12 days?

    Yes, many of my clients have continued with the program for for 21 days because they feel so good on the program. Some people like to do it for 12 days every month.

  • How will I know I am detoxifying my body?

    Because you are not used to eating this way, your body may go through what we call 'withdrawal symptoms'. You may feel bad before you feel good. First 3 days you may feel tired or have headaches and you may see changes in your bowel movements as well but these are all normal symptoms. Just hang in there and continue, you will feel great after few days.
